Morning Speaker Session

9:30 am – 12:30 pm (includes lunch)

Crack the Conversion Code

Do you get inquiries, but not convert as many as you think you could (or should)? Was it your website? Your price list? Maybe your outfit? You have no idea, but your closing ratio needs a boost. In this session, you’ll see how to connect with today’s couples in a way that feels natural to them. Gen Z brings new expectations, Gen Y still makes up a big part of the market, and you need a sales approach that works for both.

• Convert online leads into conversations that actually move forward

• Close the sale faster by speaking their language and reducing friction

• Avoid the most common sales mistakes that cost you bookings

How to use AI to find your brand voice and create content that sounds like you

AI can help you work faster, but faster isn’t better if everything you create starts sounding like everyone else. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity to discover what each does best and how to get better, more authentic results from them. You’ll leave with practical ways to use AI to save time, communicate better and stand out without losing the personality and human connection that make people want to do business with you. Don’t forget to bring your laptop.

You’ll learn how to:
Use your reviews and existing content to uncover your authentic brand voice

Get AI to write in your style instead of giving you generic, robotic content

Know when to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity for different tasks

Create better sales, marketing and customer communication while still sounding like you

Attendance is limited to 25 people keep the workshop interactive and hands-on.

4 education hours for members.

Bundled Price for both sessions

Who Is Alan Berg?

Alan Berg CSP, FPSA, Global Speaking Fellow

Author, Speaker, Sales Trainer, and Bourbon Enthusiast

Alan Berg (yes, that Alan Berg) is what happens when you mix a sales Jedi, a stand-up comic who wandered into a conference room, and a guy who looked at the wedding industry and said, “You know what this needs? Better conversations and fewer awkward follow-ups.”

He’s spoken in more countries than most people have tried hot sauces, delivered presentations in multiple languages he may or may not have learned five minutes before stepping on stage, and somewhere between keynotes, he’ll sit down at a piano and casually remind you he could’ve gone in a completely different direction and still done just fine.

Former VP of Sales at a little company called The Knot, author of 15 books (yes, fifteen), and host of the “Wedding Business Solutions” podcast with over 400 episodes and more than 300,000 downloads, Alan has one mission: help you stop sounding like everyone else and start closing sales.

He’s the guy who will tell you your emails are too long, your website is talking about you too much, and your follow-up game has the emotional intensity of a damp sponge – and then show you exactly how to fix it.

Also, somewhere along the way, he became an Executive Bourbon Steward, which feels less like a credential and more like a warning.

If you’ve ever wondered why people ghost you, why cheaper competitors win, or why your brilliant offer isn’t landing, Alan’s probably already written a book, given a talk, played a few bars on a piano for emphasis, or built an AI for that.

And if not, give him a minute. He’s probably working on it.

Alan Berg, CSP, FPSA is one of only 46 Global Speaking Fellows in the world.
Don’t miss this opportunity!
