Our Speaker

Rich Allen is on a mission – to help business owners IGNITE the power of their team and TRANSFORM their business.

Rich speaks with small business owners to help them engage their team in their business strategies so that they can virtually failure-proof their business. Then, with their team fully-engaged, they can transform their business into one that is profitable, sustainable and one they are proud to own. In addition to being an inspirational business speaker and author, Rich is an advisor to business owners, a strategic facilitator, and a successful entrepreneur.

Rich published his first book, “Tour de Profit – a 52 Stage Race to Grow Your Business” in 2011. His 2nd book, “The Ultimate Business Tune Up – a Simple Yet Powerful Business Model That Will Transform the Lives of Small Business Owners” was published in February 2017.

Our Program

We all learned how to ride a bike as a kid.  But when it comes to owning or working in a business, many of us just hop on and hope that it will work well – without even understanding how all the parts and pieces work together!

Rich will take a fresh, unique approach to explain how a business actually works – and he will use a bike to demonstrate this powerful metaphor.  A business is actually very similar to a bike in many ways.  Rich will share with you how the bike relates to your business and how you can “tune-up” your business just as you would a bike.

Once you experience Rich’s unique presentation you will never look at a bike – or your business – in the same way.  You’ll understand exactly what you need to do to improve your business and grow your bottom line results.

This will be a very interactive seminar.  You will be totally engaged in the discussion and will walk away inspired and excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.

If you expect to win the race, your bike must be in perfect condition - Receive Rich's message on March 5!
