PLANNING LARGE-SCALE EVENTS
Delivering a large-scale event is immensely rewarding, however, the bigger the event, the bigger everything else needs to be.
We will be talking with industry leaders about the intricacies involved in planning and executing events of this type - adjusting timing, staffing and ordering, load-in schedules and setup times, power, AV and entertainment needs, catering, floor plans, execution day/week of and of course, the real-life stories of things that have gone well, or not quite as planned.
You won’t want to miss this educational night and the chance to catch up with industry friends and meet new friends! Please share this event with your local event planners as this AACWP event is open to non-members who are planners, coordinators, and catering managers. See you there!
