Instructors Line Up for February AACWP Training Courses Announced
The line up of instructors for the February AACWP Training Courses is impressive to say the least! Check out who will be working with the students to help guide them to the next step in their career:
Rachel Burrow
Rachel has more than a decade of experience in wedding planning on both the facility and planning sides, having worked at 3 different venues before become a wedding planner. Rachel is lead planner for Sarabeth Events based in Keller, Texas. She also serves as the Treasurer of AACWP.
Lauren Twichell
Lauren has several years of experience in the wedding industry and is currently serving as Senior Catering Sales Manager for Wolfgang Puck Catering. She was the 2017 Vendor Relations Chair for AACWP and is planning the 11th Annual Vendi Awards, then transitioning to our Fundraising Chair for 2018.
Evie Morgan
Evie has been in the event industry for more than 16 years. She is the owner Evie Morgan Events and says her true joy as a wedding planner comes from her love for people and walking with them through an oftentimes stressful process.
Caroline Fair
Caroline is known for her experience in high-end luxury weddings and events. As the owner of Caroline Events, she has many years of experience. Modern Luxury Brides magazine recently recognized Caroline’s precocious talent by listing Caroline Events as one of ten “Best of Best” Wedding Planners in Dallas.
Wendy Kidd
Wendy Kidd is the creator and owner of Each & Every Detail. Coming from a venue management background, Wendy launched Each & Every Detail in 2006. She is extremely business savvy and is one of seven Certified Master Wedding Planners in the AACWP, where she currently serves as our President.
Brooke Millis
Brooke is the senior lead planner at Each & Every Detail, where she has been Wendy’s right-hand for several years. She has served as an instructor, creating and updating our ceremony planning section, since 2016. She has also served on the AACWP Meetings and Events Committee, helping to plan our Celebrate event for 4 years.
Julie Blakey
Julie Blakey is a principal planner and director of sales and marketing for her own wedding planning company, Refined Romance Events. Julie has also served on the board of AACWP as the Meetings and Events Chair, and currently serves as the Education Chair.
